Strange Wooshing when starting

Everytime I start the car with my Hondata Stage 2 on my 97 Integra R with just a thinner headgasket and AEM intake.

The car makes a wooshing sound... (sounds more like a running hose) until it warms up and then it will suddenly go away.

The funny thing is after the car is warm..I will have the idle surge problems listed in other threads found in this forum. I will check the TPS voltage etc.

What bothers me is that when I plug in my stock ECU...and start the car COLD.... it doesn't make that wooshing noise like it does when I use the Hondata ECU.

The program I'm using now makes great power but the idle and wooshing noise is really mind boggling. What am I doing wrong here?
