Where to send p28 to get soldered...

Tried searching. I just purchased the s200 with boost option for my 2000 civic si. I also have a obd2-obd1 harness.

I know you have to solder the chip that goes from the ecu to the hondata box and i dont feel like soldering it. is there anywhere besides hondata themselves u guys recommend sending it too?

Any decent electronics shop should be able to do it...but also can't all Hondata dealers [not Hondata themselves] do the socketing?
