k20z1 with 06 civic ecu

Hey i was wondering if you guys could help me out.
i was planning to do a swap in my 06 civic with a k20z1, and i know that i need a 06 civic wiring with the ecu, cause the ecu is the one that controls the drive-by-wire. Also im going to be getting a throttle body from a tsx. So my question is, will the 06 civic wiring and ecu be compatable with the k20z1 motor?

Any advice would be great, thank you
