hey its me again. but a quick question...
my 94 integra wich has a stock throttle body but turbo professional built b17a1 only laid out 180 horse on the dyno. true the wastgate is not in best condition and the fuelpump stock with 440 cc injectors. my question shouldnt i see more numbers than this? it was professionally tund.

True, but before dyno runs it had 180hp. I have a set of crower 2000-9000 cam. But i have all forged internals at 7psi i yield at no gain. is there something else that could be wrong?

I think it is best to post pictures of your system and dyno graph.
We tuned two turbo cars yesterday.
THe B16Aturbo made 228WHP and 170+ torque. Stock b16 ENGINE boosted to 7 psi.
The other car was a 1600SOHC and it made 206WHP and 180+ torque.
All this on the dynojet.
All I could say was that the engine builder did a great job on the manifold.
Even the 1600 SOHC, which had a very small turbo (TC-04, smaller than the ones Greddy uses) made power until 6000RPM.
Maybe there is a restriction in the system. If you post the dynograph with A/F then we could see if the tuning was the problem.

There is something way wrong with your set-up. Is the wastegate stuck open, or major leaks in your IC piping? Blowoff valve stuck open? Cat melted inside and restricting exhaust flow? cause should be making alot more then 170whp. I dynoed a bone stock B16a with just an 2.5" exhaust and got 165 HP and 116 TQ at the hubs at Churches auto services on a dynapak dyno. but will be heading back for a full turbo tune and im expecting 350+hp and 250 TQ on a built B18C turbo setup with a S300 :)

my waste gate was leaking a little because of my neglance to install the fire ring and my cat is gutted but stock piping i should check it and my injectors werer found to be faulty. the internals were bad on them. but i am hoping to make more hp. now and wit the addition of a fuel pump i should see some rewards
