Hi! Just wanted to ask if it is safe to set minimum speed for VTEC operation @ 60kph for not to switching into high cams on the 1st gear for good start, and go for 2nd gear and high cam start to operate?

You can try it, but you don't want to rev as high on the low cam.

Yes, I know the peak power will like @ 7000RPM, but the main question is it safe?

Unless hondata will correct me here, I would think that is unsafe to operate the motor off vtec above 6500 rpm, regardless of speed.

The point is that you shift @ 7500 and it drops bellow 6500 for sure, so it's fine to switch into high cams.
But the second gear will 7500 and high cams are switching, what that will be?
