trouble connecting blue box to laptop-datalogging

i've tuned using other systems as well as s300...first time using s200. i can't get my ostrich to work, but no biggie...i'll just keep burning chips back and forth. however, i cannot get the blue box to connect to the laptop.

burnt basemap to chip and connected blue box to ecu.
connected blue box to keyspan usb serial adapter.
checked com settings burner on com 4, usb-serial on com 10.
no com 10 in hondata so i changed to com 2 on usb-serial and in hondata.
when i hit the datalogging connect it doesn't do anything-no error msg or anything.

no cel, car rolls through the rev range and led on bluebox is solid. s200 dealer kit with boost option. am i missing something here? help me out...i've got a few cars lined up to tune late this week and i'm glad i'm finding this out now instead of then. yes, j12 has been removed.

If the keyspan is on com 10, you may need to contact Keyspan tech support to find out how to get it to install on coms 1-8.

i changed it to com2. i ended up talking to matt when i called in to check on an order and he helped me out. turned out i didn't have hondalog installed...didn't realize i had to have both hondalog and romeditor to datalog. loaded hondalog and was able to datalog on both software. THANKS FOR THE HELP MATT!!!

now if i can just get my ostrich to work...knew i should've gotten the one that came w/ the dealer kit.
