I would take the car back to them to hav ethe ecu looked at and tested in another car. It sounds like a socketing issue.

Does it say online with the key on? Can you upload a new calibration to the ecu?

If it will upload then it sounds like a typical socketing problem.

a socketing problem could come up after 8 months of normal operation also i don't know if this is normal but when it did run "right" if i did'nt let it idle for 30 seconds without toutching the throtle the car would buck at part throtle

You could have a cold solder joint...which is a bad socketing job.

The socketing of the ecu is the probelm. I would suggest sending hte ecu to Hondata and paying to have it resocketed. The form is at http://www.hondata.com/ecusocketinginfoform.html
