Car was previously tuned (s200 turbo 9lbs)) and running good... Well, car decided it was time to kick it, (had lots of supercharger milage untuned before) - and the block was replaced.
After buttoning the engine up and everything back together, car ran great, breaking in new clutch, boostin a bit... Took car to my tuner and placed a very safe tune on car (just a/f correction, had not started to add timing at this point). Car was parked for about a week... went back to finish the tune, started car and it spit/sputtered blowin black smoke, runnin very rich.. Pulled plugs... burned/dried - cleaned 'em up - back in car, tried to fire her up again with a little better success.. car eventually stablized itself and we chalked it up to bad luck.. Finished up that day only installing a 3-bar map sensor, re-burning the chip, and checkin to make sure car started and drove... car started but once warm, apply some gas and car falls on it face and stalls..
Checked 3bar wiring and it seems to be correct. When starting car now, it still runs very rich and when pressing on the gas, it wants to stall.
So, all in all... is there something obvious we are missing in the software/tune? I know its stated to re-tune once a 3bar is installed, but its rough to get the car to stay runnin while giving it some gas...
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated... Any other questions about setup, please feel free to ask
Thank you in advance
