Hey there to all,
Just wondering if anyone has some tuning maps / settings for a stock B18C7 engine, no mods at all.
Last night we tried playing around with the samples for the b18c, but each setup made the power band much wider (later / noticably slower kick in ) versus the standard stock ecu. We have concluded that this is is due to probably not having a better base map to beging with, but also need to get onto the dyno to tune the fuel maps properly. The ignition fuel maps for idle were also not optimum as the engine would feel like it would begin to stall but then pick back up (idle set to 1100 in hondata).
All in all, the install took about 3 hrs, from replaceing the ECU to getting things started. Id like to get to use it more, but Im back to the stock ecu until we can get dyno time to work things out better, or if anyone here has a good / tuned map that would be better than the samples id be interested in getting them and applying to the unit here.

Impossible acheived - more power in stock form than honda ec
Im based in Melbourne - what about you ?
Finally had the system tuned up after many delays - and it makes quite a difference.
Apart from being a totally stock ITR, the performance gains are good considering this. To gain any better benefit, a CAI and unrestricting the exhaust system will go leaps and bounds to providing a better performance over what there is now.
Stock (at wheels):
Max Power 102.7 kW @ 7418 RPM
Max Torque 391.4 Nm @ 6338 RPM
s200 (at wheels):
Max Power 109.7 kW @ 8137 RPM
Max Torque 398.8 Nm @ 6966 RPM
If you need any further info then let me know.

Which ECU are you using as a base? Was it a P28? I'm trying to find a P30 but I'm not sure if the B18C7 has a knock sensor. One last thing, did you have any problems with missing / extra sensors?itr2401 wrote:Im based in Melbourne - what about you ?
