Please help identify this set-up.

Below are a few pics of a friends ecu. He had previously had it tuned by a person who is no longer available. He swears it is a Hondata programable ecu but I am unable to figure out the missing link to the programing side. I.e. there is no USB port or any such connection so how do I get it communicating with a laptop so he can tune. He will begin attending UTI next month and he really needs to tune for reliability ASAP.

Any useful info. will be GREATLY appreciated.

That is just a socketed ECU. There is no Hondata system connected to it.

So what would be the next step to making it Hondata compatible? Which parts will need to be purchased in order to get us tuning? Thanks In Advance.

You would have to purchase a Hondata system through a Hondata dealer. I would recommend getting the s300 if you wish to do any tuning yourself.

Thank you for your prompt & helpful replies. This is sadly the news I was expecting for him so now it's up to him. I personally hope to be getting K-Pro for my 03' EP next summer so I look forward to using your product.

Thanks Again,
Tommy C.
