Cannot upload new calibrations onto kpro ecu!

I keep getting an upload error. I tried to see if it was just a problem with a certain calibration and its not, all of them will not upload. I checked the little leds while the upload is in progress and I believe I need to update firmware.
The problem is, the k-pro editor will not allow me to update firmware. I was wondering if I need to download some extra software do do this? My car will not run now because somehow after clearing security the program on the k-pro got messed up.

Please help!
By the way I tried calling hondata a few times and I keep reaching some random lady's phone. Is there a new number?

What is the version of software you are using (Help, About)?

What phone number were you calling?

I got through to one of the Hondata tech guys and they helped me out! I just downloaded the latest version of the software and the problems dissapeared.
