Just looking to get an update on the ECU I sent in...

Hey guys,

I shipped my P75 chip to you about 3 weeks ago for the addition of the boost option. I'm just wondering when it might get back here (cuz i'm excited!!) thanks.

The maximum length of time an ECU spends at Hondata is two days, unless there is a problem.

Most of the time the problem is that an ECU arrives here without any information, and sometimes we have to wait until the owner contacts us as there is no way of knowing who sent it.

Some of the time the problem is that the ECU has either been sent from or sent back to a 3rd party, who is telling the customer Hondata has the ECU whereas in reality something else has happened to the ECU unrelated to Hondata.

The best thing that you can do is to call us with as many ECU details as you have on hand (when it arrived at Hondata, the tracking number when setn here, the ECU serial number, the return address etc).

Alright, well it appears that UPS lost my paperwork in transit. I coordinated with your billing department to take care of the chip at this point. Hopefully, UPS will fess up for the loss of the money order. thanks for looking into it.
