Hondata - Help me understand the s2k dyno graphs.
for the header/test pipe dyno, you are comparing untuned header vs tuned? the untuned (stock ecu) todo header/test pipe cruves look just like the stock header/cat with stock ecu curve. can not belive that the todo header/test pipe did not change the mid-range even with the stock ecu???
in the final dyno charts (on the same page as the todo reflash dyno) you are comparing what? the notes say todo header/test pipe vs stock header/cat. but the both curves look stock???? the blue curve is the todo header/test pipe combo but it looks nothing like the red curve in the todo header/test pipe curve at the top of the page????? todo header shows (red curve at top of page) show good torque gains from ~4,200-6,100rpm, neither curves in the second dyno graph at the bottom of page show these gains????
trying to determine if the header/test pipe w/ reflash improves mid range over the stock header/cat combo with reflash. in other words, i'm buying the reflash, just trying to determine if it's worth getting a header/test pipe for the mid range.
the last dyno is telling me that you matched the todo header/test pipe's mid range power with the stock header/cat??? or you just making a point that todo header/test pipe looks just like stock without reflash??
would be nice to see the best stock reflash cruve on top of the best todo/testpipe reflashed curve...

1. any word on the dyno graph?
2. how many reflashs have sold? I've love to know if either reflash gets this car into the high 13's?
3. With the stock 06 S2000 the tack display will flash at 8,000 rpm to indicate that you have reached the redline and that the fuel cut off is imminent. Does it do the same with the Hondata re-flash? If so will the rpm still flash at 8,000 rpm, or will it flash at 8,300 rpm to indicate that the fuel cut-off at 8,500 rpm is immanent? Or will it just flash at 8,500-rpm fuel cut off, or no flash at all?

thanks for the info. waiting to see what happens with the '08 tsx (rdx coupe w/ 6spd) if that does not happen i'm picking a '07 s2k.
being a kpro customer i like having control of the ecu. if i purchase the s2k reflash, would you consider custom tuning the fuel map based on an included baseline a/f dyno graph and pushing the fuelcut to 8,700 rpm? what's max rpm can the stock pistons take? i've seen dynos where a stock ap2 torque cruve is dead even with a stock ap1 from ~8,500-9k. did you test past 8,500?

i didn't think so unless i make a trip to cal and visit church's... what about just bumping the fuel cutoff to 8.7k?
back to the orginal question - i think i understand the last dyno showing the header/tp reflash with a 5.6k vtec kick. the point you are making is that the stock header and cat combo runs toe-to-toe (within ~2ft-lbs of torque) with the toda header/TP combo with a 5.6k vtec?
