I was curious to know if anyone has tuned with ITB's? I wanted to know exactly how your install went concerning map and IACV. I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone that has tuned ITB's with Hondata yet, but I am sure there is a way to install the setup and get it to idle properly with no C.E.L..
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to create a vacuum box. Drill and tap each runner of the itb's, after the throttle body. Put barb fittings in each of the holes that you drilled and tapped. Next, drill and tap the vaccum box (sealed container preferably made out of metal material) for 4 ports. Connect the vacuum box to each runner that you drilled and tapped. Next, make a hole for the map sensor nipple and install it onto the vacuum box. Finally make an interface on the vacuum box for the IACV, and run your coolant lines to the IACV. You'll need to make the vacuum box fairly large to allow for enough vacuum for the map and IACV to function properly. Probably 4x4x12. It works, and you can tune off of the map sensor instead of the tps sensor. I would also recommend you using Honda CBR 929RR ITB's and making your own adapter plate for the intake manifold flange. They will fit, and use the stock fuel rail, tps and injector clips. They are 42mm itb's, perfect for street use.
