vss cel

yes ihave kpro and keep getting an annoying cel for vss. its always on deceleration. i hate it cuz i always have to turn my car back off for it to go away and go into vtec... why is this happeneing?

You have a problem with the speed sensor. Use the helms manual to diagnose and fix the problem.

i changed out the vss.. still getting the cel.

do you think it has anything to do with the fact my k20 is in a crx? and the speedometer is cable driven? i dont have the speedo hooked up. but the vss is all hooked up? any ideas?

it dosnt come on all the time only when im decelerating for more than a few seconds. then i have to restart the car for it to clear.

will i be able to dissable the vss with the new update on the kpro? or is that feature for 0506 only? dosnt the ecu need the speed input for certain featuress?

My crystal ball is broken. Use the helms manual to diagnose and fix the speed sensor problem.
