tuboed b16a need to get proper map and ignition settings.

I just finished building my b16a . i have a turbonetics t3/t4 hybrid booting 20 psi. my compression is at 8.6.1 I also have a 4 bar map sensor with the greddt e-01 management system. If anyone has a similar setup could u please let me see ur inital settings so i can be in the ballpark. Please dont respond if u dont have this setup and say u do. thanks alot
