Injector error

I am getting 16 injector error from the s300. I tested all injectors and they work.. all injector are showing power going to them. i tried it in a stock civic with no mods and it gave the same error. what could cause that?

If this is a JDM ECU, you need to disable the injector error as the JDM ECU does not have the test circuitry. If this is an US ECU, then probably the test circuitry is damaged - disable the error check or swap ECUs.
