reflash, 06 ecu different?

Is the 06 ecu different than the 05 or do you just need to test it to make sure it's the same?

I have similar question too. Yeah issue is RSX-S
I have 05 RSX-S and I am thinking to buy 06 RSX-S Reflashed ECU from someone. so, Is this going to work on my car? as long as i get Key & Immobilizer matched at dealership? is there going to be any problems w/ this ECU on my car?

05 and 06 RSX-S ECUs are the same.

Yes. See this page For 05 and up get them to update the VIN as well (this should normally automatically happen as past of the immobilizer update process).
