I've posted this question on the ClubRSX ecu forums and I'm not getting any info/hits... hoping I'll get something here.
A buddy of mine is getting Kpro for his car, however its the k20a3 motor (base/premium rsx) and its boosted (currently using Gaurdian - IIRC )
I noticed one of the calibrations available in KManager is the "K20a3-civic-440cc-greddy.kal"
Now to me and in theory, he should be able to use the greddy civic kal and just modify the injectors size and tune a/f accordingly until he gets it tuned.
Is there anything wrong with using the civic kal?
Thanks.
k20a3 turbo kal?
There isn't, at least not in the kmanager install. What I would suggest doing is contacting Jason @ st00pid fast tuning. He has just recently tuned a base rsx turbo kit for a member on clubrsx. He *may* be able to give you a starting map or help you out in some fashion. I'd suggest calling him up.Konsept wrote:In that case is there a Base RSX cybernation kal?Spunkster wrote:It will be a starting point, but you will not have use of the secondary runners, and the intake manifolds are vastly different.
