12psi on stock map sensor? is it possible

Post by B16T »

hey guys tonight i installed a 12psi wastegate spring, but soon as it builds like 10-11 psi it cuts out, and i thought you can run 12 on the stock sensor, the map goes to 12 on the S300, also i read something about tricking the stock sensor so you can run 12psi, if anyone has any good or bad info im all ears thanks, also got my full throttle shifting working Mint, and the Af ratio reading though the display screen thanks JOSH

If you wish to boost higher than 10 psi you need to get a 3bar map sensor. You should never trick the ecu as it defeats the purpose of having a fully tunable system.
