98 Prelude SH with s300j

I just installed my ecu im having a few problems. I installed a obd1 jdm p72 ecu with hondata s300j. In anyother post i described the one problem but I also have another one. I am also getting an ATTS light and also a check engine light. Under the kickplate where the ecu sits on the SH prelude there are two ecus. The one is the regualr ecu and the other i am assuming is for ATTS. Since ATTS is disabled now should I remove the other ecu completely? Im guessing that by having that plugged in is the reason im getting CELs.

Have you tried datalogging and reading the codes? You should remove the ATTS computer.
