Which PLx kit are you guys buying?

Just scored an S300 for my Bday and i want to make sure whatever I buy is the BEST to work with.
Seems like peeps are happy with PLX, they offer kits for ~$250-500.

Looking at the PLX M300. Does this sound right?
I see the other option as the M250 with seperate gauge. They seem to be the same price for each kit. $299
It doesn't seem like theres a difference between the 2 other than the display box/gauge.
