Alright basically my car is having problems. Turbo kit is in and it drives fine. Bought p28 + s200b and hooked it up right.
The car runs like shit first of all, the tune on the hondata is that of a friends prelude that is also on boost with a similar setup. So tune is a bit off guaranteed. It is also tuned for 440cc and one of my injectors broke so i have to return those and temporarily use 350cc injectors.
Here are my questions.
1. My car is most likely in limp mode, it cuts out as soon as it hits 0psi on boost gauge and runs sluggish until then. Very jerky. Am i running in limp mode for sure or is there another cause for this?
(Car never goes beyond 4200 rpms, however i am unsure whether this is when the boost comes in or if maybe the ecu is limiting me)
2. Car is running with 350cc injectors when its tuned for 440cc. I understand a burner has to be used to apply new basemaps and such. What about changing injector settings and disabling o2 sensors? Is there a simple way to do this without going to the tuner or requiring the burning hardware?
Lots of questions (boosted prelude)

check engine light is on. im not sure about the light i have seen it go on and off at times but its definitely not flashing. by flashing i mean rapid flashes back to back.
well i thought i'd go to the car to make sure what i was saying is correct. i dunno wtf is going but now the light never comes on, sat at idle for 5 mins and nothing. Bad chip? Bad ecu? I know for a fact i saw the light on at some point yesterday.
(One thing though, the other day i noticed that out of the 4 red wires that goes from s200 to ecu one of them was ripped out of the connector, probably with someones foot. I fixed it but this might be part of the problem.)
