error code

i have this error code (ecu internal circuit malfunction).
what does this mean ....
i have pra ecu just installed my k20 engine in my eg ...
and i have a new stock jdm wideband o2 sensor but it doesnt work
i just wonder if this i serious problems or somthing easy mayby some thing with the wiring

PRA.... i used the wrong calibration file everything working fine now
