SManager Help

Post by Maldo »

Hi wondering if anybody had this problem before and could help!!

Its an S300 on a Turbocharged civic. The car turns on the check engine light and sudently acts like it was never tuned. It behaves like it overheats or something because it only does it every time it's rev up, shut down the car and restart it and its back to normal. Contacted King Motorsports and they sent me a new ECU, replaced it but no luck, I still have the same problem. Today there was an error code "Map Sensor" but nothing else. Connected the computer and there was an intermittent red light each time I was On-line with the ECu. As soon as I shutted down the SManager program the green light came back. Each time I tried to download ECU information SManager would lock up and display the following message "Acess Violation @ address 00422C64 in module SManager.exe Read of address 00000004" I have version 1.1.5.0 There is another computer wich belongs to my buddy wich we sometimes use to make changes and updates. I am not sure is he has an older version but I will check. Also if I tried to switch fuel tables the program for some reason would not let me???? I have no idea what could be wrong? Please Help!!!!

What do you mean "downloading ecu information"?

It looks like you should try starting with a new calibration. Go to File, New and start over fresh and see if the problem goes away.
