running really really rich

Post by Ur_A_Towel »

Hi I have a 00 civic si with a h22a1. I'm running a hondata s200 and things were fine. I had it took and had it tuned and I was told my Throttle Position Sensor was broken and it needed to be replaced. So I changed out the whole throttle body with a edelbrock 70mm. Now it runs incredibly rich. The car is so bogged down I can't even drive it down the street. I have unspent fuel coming out the exhaust.

Has it been retuned, and have they checked the TPS sensor readings?

no it hasn't. can't even drive down the street. let alone a 2 hour drive. can it really be this messed up because of the throttle body change?
