Full throttle launch
Full throttle launch
Ok, I'm pretty new with hondata. To use the full throttle launch do i need to hook up wires to the ecu, if so i would want to use the air conditioning switch to enable and disable it. How would i go about doing this? Thanks for your help.

Personally I just use always on, if you have it set properly it wont matter if it's always on or not as long as your VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) is hooked up to your ECU.
it's already set so that it shuts off at 6MPH.
No extra wiring is required, those options that it gives you should all already be wired into the ECU.
If you set it to use your AC, it'll activate throttle control whenever your AC is on, if you invert input it'll turn throttle control on whenever your AC is turned off.
You can adjust the MPH that launch control will disengage.
Also, you can change what RPM your rev limiter will engage for launch control, most people set it between 3-4.5k RPM.
Enjoy
