My car is displaying this through kpo.
Error code 39-1
DTC P0600
The description was lost due to a dead battery. My setup is a 95 cvici cx, Hybrid-Racing harness. I beleive thats all the electrical stuff that I have that isnt stock and was needed for the swap. When the car is idling, it seems to skip and studder and some times it just stops runnning and then starts back up as though it was cut off for the slightest secone and then cut back on. If anyone could tell me what it is I would greatly appreciate it.
Help with code
Josh, this was the code description you told me via phone yesterday.
39-1 p0600 serial comm link malfunction.
also, josh has a k20a2 swap in an eg chassis. Everything on the car was working properly for quite some time and the swap is basically stock - it just has i/h/e.

You can take me out of the race, but you can't take the race out of me.

Stop. You are close to making the classic engine swap wiring mistake. Do not feed VBU / E7 voltage of any kind, otherwise the main relay transistor will burn out.
The ECU uses E7 to ground the main relay, and also gets a current trickle via the main relay coil side, which is the VBU. You must not put voltage down E7 - the only correct wiring solution is to use a main relay. See http://www.hondata.com/techk20wiring.html
