pr4 cel ignition input signal

My 91 ef dx has a 91 Ls motor and a pr4, its throwing a cel, 15 the ignition input signal. I'm not exactly sure where to look for this problem.
any help is welcome.

Look up that error in the Helms manual and follow the troubleshooting procedure.
