2step with ignition retard

whats up guys,

I have been playing the with launch control with ignition and fuel cut as revlimiter but I don't notice any difference in building boost.

I have tried to retard the ignition almost 10 degrees and add about 20 fuel values but I don't see a difference, If I set my launch control on 8000 rpms what do I need to do to build more boost at the line?
