Hello, I thought I’d ask here to get a good response or relevant links to my situation.
I’m currently tuned on S300 V3 with the stock H22A injectors. And I swapped to Acura RDX injectors 410cc. Is the programming as simple as - Parameters > Fuel Injectors > changing “Current injector size” to 410cc > injector voltage dead times quick select to RDX 410cc > then hitting upload
After doing this will my ignition and fuel tables be compensated towards the new injectors? Or do I have to change more parameters / get re tuned? I got code 16 after this swap.
93 Accord OBD1, stock engine harness, RDX adapter harness clips to the OEM fuel injector clips, plugged a dummy clip into the injector resistor box.
H23A DOHC VTEC stock engine, bolt ons / flex fuel tuned E85 and 91 octane
Thank you. I did use the search button (I’m familiar with forum etiquette) but either the search engine isn’t efficient there are very limited results tagged to “410cc” and “RDX injectors”.

You will most likely need to fine tune the fuel tables after swapping injectors as they have different flow characteristics.

Would the different behavior of the RDX injectors trigger CEL 16?

Did you have this error before the injectors were swapped?
Re: Swapping from stock H22A injectors to RDX injectors 410cc
Nope was running fine on the stock H22A injectors with the resistor box with no CEL.Spunkster wrote: Mon Oct 26, 2026 2:35 pm Did you have this error before the injectors were swapped?
Are the preset injector dead times for RDX 410cc in the S300 software correct/ efficient? I chose it directly and uploaded it to the ECU, I did not change any values.

They should be correct. How did you remove the resistor box?

Using the connector from a spare resistor box, I spliced and connected the 5 wires together and plugged it into the engine harness where the resistor box normally goes.Spunkster wrote: Mon Oct 26, 2026 3:53 pm They should be correct. How did you remove the resistor box?
I’m getting 12.04 - 12.05 V at all 4 injector connectors with the key ignition on when I test with multimeter.

Post a picture of this wiring.
