trouble with s200 datalogging!!

when i try to connect hondalogger - it will pause at 'connecting'
i am not receiving any connection errors, it will simply not connect
(dell w/ usb to serial adapter)

and when i try to open the 'ecu information' it will give me a EAccess Violation error - what is this???

i also tried connecting via palmlogger, once again it fails to connect - if i open 'ecu information' on palmlogger it lists "unknown" for all the options
(handspring visor prism w/ pdch-m9)

i am using a p28 ecu with s200

i am getting a solid light from the interface box

is datalogging not unlocked on my s200?

Make sure HondaLogger is the most recent version. What sort of USB to serial adapter do you have? In our experience only the Keyspan adapters work.

What is the serial number of your s200?
