Little help...if possible PLEASE

I'm not sure what is going on with my car recently. When I reach like 6500+rpms the car kind of stutters up to redline, like it is cutting itself out, but will get to redline. I don't have a good datalog to show, but when I have datalogged, I see nothing out of the ordinary at all. My A/F is right around 12.7~13, not recording any knocks so ignition is not too much. I am not exactly sure what is going on. Does anyone have any ideas?

One thing, my exhaust has a hole on the inside of the canister, I blew this out a couple months ago when doing about 195km/h in 5th, so now I have no packing inside the canister, but I can't really see how this would cause this problem. And this will happen whether I have the silencer in or out of the canister.

Please toss out some ideas so I can get this sorted out. If a datalog is needed, I will try to get one in the next couple of days, a bit hard to do as the car is INCREDIBLY loud and not many places here to go wide open.

Post the calibrations and datalog of it doing this.
