would i need a custom tune if im putting on a intake and headers?

i have a few questions but the subject is one

what hondata should i go with?

would i need a wideband if I'm going with a already existing tune?

if i get a header with the stock exhaust that will add power right? the header would remove the cat on the header and the one next to the exhaust.

also i just want my vtec to kick in lower in the rpm's and not be running like dog ass with the intake and headers

also im thinking about just getting the ktuner v2 and getting a AFR gauge because of the screen and the versatility, what do yall think i should get?

what's the diffrence between the race flashpro and the carb flashpro?

Is there tune 1 tune 2 tune 3 etc on a flashpro and if so what do the other tunes do?
