NEED HELP

yo, I got a question if anyone knows any information about it will help.....if you know for fact or just heard, anything will help...


well I just got myself an rsx-s and have only had it for about 4 days and Ive already gotten 2 speeding tickets, lol.... :(

1) does anyone know how long a police officer has to be trailing you before they can determine your speed/pull you over??

2) also, does the officer have to be in uniform to beable to pull you over and write a ticket??

----Im in Maryland, so if you know about Maryland it would be awsome, but if you know anything about other states it can help as well, thanx
