Hi guys, i have just switched from a hondavert 1.6 to a kpro v4 so i can install a wideband. i uploaded my calibration from my hondavert to the kpro v4 (i know its probably not recomended.
I have used the correct pig tale, as for wiring i have done the following
White wire going into analouge 0 and brown wire going to ground (black on pig tale matching pin ground)
in parameters on kmanager under analog inputs i have selected analoge 0, conversion is aem 30-0300 (same as the one i have installed )
in closed loop i have selected external wideband and selected analog input 0
all the research i have done is showing i have correctly installed it
on the wideband guage everything is working as expected, as the engine is warming it starts trimming in close to 14.5 and eventualy when engine is warm it stays there at idle, which suggests all is good and it is telling the ecu what to do
but on kmanager when you go to display, my AFR readings have no display, injection is set at zero and duty is 0 but also my iat is at 302F and same as ECT, almost like its not connecting
in sensors my o2 sensors is showing 0v
but when i get the hondata app and use the displays on there im getting 4.1v on volt and AFR 1.11 so its seeing it there unless its a red herring
any ideas i would be greatful

Re: Wideband install issues
What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

Re: Wideband install issues
This K-Pro was sold as an install kit to CPL Racing in the UK. You will need to have them take a look at this as there may be a problem with the installation.
Re: Wideband install issues
As in a bad soldering install to the board
Re: Wideband install issues
Well I just spoke to guy I bought it from and it's changed hands a few time with the car, it was last mapped a year ago by jcal, he apparently didn't run it with lambda so I'm wondering if it's my map, I may have to try putting a new calibration on and then enabling wideband
