Hondata Mobile Android KproV4 problems need help!

I have been using my Hondata App for over a year. While I don't drive the car that often, it was working whenever I wanted some gauge info, I would open my app while driving on the fly, leave it on for a few minutes in traffic and monitor temps, ect. If I am done for the time being, I turn the app off, and if I need to load it up again same trip, for same reasons, want Guage info, I would open the app, and it would be there again no probs.

Then I started getting disconnects, and freezes, and then now it just won't connect.

Please help!

I have location /gps permissions okay'd, I have tried the BT 4 mode 1 and 2, and the talk back , and auto, ect. I even did a cache and data delete, uninstall and reinstall. And still nothing, it won't connect.

Any help would be a greatly appreciated. I noticed the app version is from 8/23/25 so maybe I need an old version?!?!

What is the operating system that the device with the app is using?

Hondata App v 1.9.7

Motorola Moto g stylus 5G - 2023
ANDROID 14

Are you able to connect any other devices?

I haven't tried , bc I can't download the app without buying it again on another device. I figured I would exhaust all options before I tried that

Is there any other way to test, for my purposes, an older version?
