FK8 Knock Retard Step table went missing in 4.5.6. Still missing in 4.5.7

as the title says, the Knock Retard Step table disappeared with the release of 4.5.6 for FK8 calibrations. I was hopeful that would be rectified with the 4.5.7 release but it appears that it is still missing.

Hondata dev staff: can you please add this table back in the next build?
