p2623 HPFP Spill Valve malfunction

Good day
Please could anybody assist. I just installed Hondata HPFP and walbro LPFP. Car drives fine but randomly throws this error and car goes in limp mode.
Any Ideas what could cause this.

Post the calibration and a datalog showing when this happens.

The error indicates there is a problem with the HPFP wiring, connector or HPFP itself.
