Unlocking used Flashpro for the FN2

Hi All, I'm sure this has been asked already, if so please accept my apologies.
My friend and i are building a track FN2 and were offered a flashpro locked to the type r.
The person who offered it said we'd need to get intouch with HONDATA to unlock the flashpro.

What are the steps for unlocking please? We don't own the old ecu nor can it be traced. I want to be sure we can still use this for our FN2.

What is the FlashPro serial number?

the serial number i see is S/N:FP-SI-INT-22064.

To unlock the FlashPro without the ECU it is locked to is $500 ($550 outside of the US). If you wish to do this, let me know and I can issue an RMA# and further instructions.
