Engine sputters, error code P0304, and possible boost leak

I've been having trouble building boost--the car maxes out at commanding ~16 psi, whereas I normally top out around 22-24. Around 14 psi boost, the engine felt like it was getting hung up, sputtering. It has since gotten worse and happens sooner. The rough running of the engine appears at low speeds now too.

I got the P0304 code after a while of having this issue. When I clear it, it comes right back. Datalog is attached. Let me know if you need more info. This is a 2018 FK8 on the base map with PRL intercooler and charge piping. The problem started while I was on a 93-octane map, but I flashed back to base to see how that affected the issue.

I have more logs so just let me know if you need to see more.

Can anyone give me any sort of advice? This datalog seems to indicate a boost leak, but other ones I've taken with this issue don't really indicate a leak.
