AFR readings when O2 Sensor not plugged in

So ive been running into issues lately, and recently disconnected everything and plugged back in.

car is running odd and I discovered that smanager is displaying afr at 9.x, but my wideband is not plugged in.

Also, side note, my exhaust which is just a 3' exhaust is spitting alot of condensation

What is the voltage reading on this input to the ECU?

I will test later, but I assume (hope) it will be 0 as there is nothing on this input currently.

Theoretically what should it display if there is no voltage?
