Rev hang on throttle jab and unsure AFR's

Hey all, not sure if I'm posting this in the correct area.....

Running my vehicle and trying to get it to run and idle properly.

just got a few questions about sensor etc

Running stock k24 with k20 oil pump
cold air intake for now till i get the intercooler piping made
stock injectors
rbc manifold
running stock k24 n/a tune calibration from the premade selections of calibrations
Tps calibrated and working correctly.
Map reads 34kpa at idle.

Currently running vehicle in open loop for now only
car idles fine but high (1500rpm), possible air leak, but mainly got rev hang when i jab the throttle up.
What causes this?

Car also has AFR at 11 roughly.

Is this normal? Thought N/a cars were meant to run 14.7 AFR. Or is 14.7 just for the best optimal fuel economy?

Still yet to drive the car and test it out to make sure no leaks etc.
But I'm kinda new to all this and just need a second opinion.
