01-05 K Swap AC Help!

Good Day yall.

Issue, I recently learned my ac fan wont turn on with my k swap, But they turn on for engine temps.
Learned that the factory AC wire isnt utilized because the multiplyer is bypased... woohoooo.

Im lost though from the info ive found, you are supposed to tap some kind of ac wire to the VTP pin as its being not used?

Though i do NOT know electrical... Im looking at the manuals and diagrams and cant figure out what wire im actually supposed to tap to the VTP B9 pin...

On my civic female c101, i have dedussed the location of the only fan related switch is pin 7 on the female c101. It is labeled as (fans) (See attached pic "female c101 pin"

Also see the next pic, making me think this wire is more complex then just "fans" It looks like theres a green wire going into the female side, then leaving the male side as green white, this alligns with the c101 harness guide. So shouldnt me tapping this green wire thats not being utilized into b9 pin work? or am i just stupid.
