Several issues with SManager

Post by mjalaly »

Have a few issues here
1) Tuner got the my car running but was not able to upgrade to V3. The reasoning is that when they try to upgrade the car will not run. I think they tried this on another computer but the car will only run with the computer i have. Thoughts? Worth sending in to Hondata for evaluation? I would hate to upgrade it and not have a working car after

2) I have a MIL/CEL error but no code. Datalog attached

3) I cannot download my calibration. I get an error eveytime.

Lots of weird bugs like Datalogging but cannot read graph

Connected but cannot see things like test outputs

when the tested outputs is available, i cannot trigger the fuel pump even though selected. Additionally, fuel pump does not prime every time i turn the car on.

I have updated to the newest version of Hondata with a clean install. didnt help

What is the serial number that is on the s300 board inside the ECU?

Please post the calibration as all you have posted is a datalog of it idling.

There is no reason that a s300 should not work in this vehicle unless there is a problem with the socketing of the ECU.

Is J12 cut inside the ECU?

Are you trying to download the calibration form the green s300 or the v3 white s300?

Download from the green S300. Never upgraded to the V3. They were never able to upgrade to the V3 so we just left it as is.

Most likely the battery has failed in the old s300. The only option will be to upgrade to the v3. The form for this can be found at: https://hondata.com/downloads/s300v3_upgrade_form.pdf

What is the risk associated with that? They said they tried other computers in my car and it just wouldn't run so I would be concerned that if I sent it to Hondata and it got upgraded then I would get it back and it would run.

If it will not run with known working ECUs and s300's then there is probably a mechanical issue or an issue with the wiring in the vehicle.
