Is CAN bridge like an instant jailbreak?

I am new to tuning and have owned the FL5 for almost a year now and I know I will need to get the ECU jailbroken in order to use the flashpro. I recently came across people talking about the CAN Bridge and was wondering was this an instant jailbreak and will it work on the FL5?

No, it is not like the jailbreak and is not for use in the FL5.
