Kpro4 pinout

Post by FastR »

I am trying to understand how to connect the Kpro4 to the LMPro dash in a 2007 elise s2 (toyota) [K20A2 swap] that from what I could understand this can manage the CAN connection (broadcast on CAN id 0x400 (1024 decimal)) where also the Kpro4 can be able to transmit this protocol if properly configured in kmanager.
I am not an expert but in this case what are the physical connections that need to be made?
How can I have the pinout of the Kpro4?
Thanks

What does mean: Install a 120 ohm resistor between CANH and CANL?

In my case do I have just to connect CANH and CANL pins from the KPro4 to the dash?

It mean that you must install a resistor between those 2 wires.

It all depends on what CAN protocol it uses.

In my case I only know the dash uses a broadcast on CAN id 0x400 (1024 decimal).

Should be this the connection?

That is how the resistor must be installed.

You can try it and see if it works.
