K24 Turbo 8th Gen not running correctly

Hey I have a k24 turbo 8th gen that’s not running great.

It idles pretty poorly and cam angle is stuck at 0 even when commanding 15. I was wondering if someone could give me some insight with my data logs.

Like samk20z1@hotmail.com stated. The non Vtec VTC table is set to 0. The only areas that has been populated is the VTEC VTC. We can not see that data as this only an idle log and your Vtec is set at 5,700rpm.
