Misfire data on a 2022+ civic 1.5T

In the sensor options, I can only find the K.Count values for cylinders 1 to 4 and the total count. I would like to know if there's a way to view misfire data, or if K.Count includes misfire data? Thank you.

Misfires are not a datalogged parameter.

Since I have rebuilt my engine and upgraded the fuel system, I occasionally notice fluctuations in the air-fuel ratio at idle — sometimes dropping below 13 and rising above 16. These fluctuations don't last long, but I would like to understand what might be causing them.

Misfires could be a possible reason. However, the ECU hasn't reported any errors, so perhaps the misfire data isn't significant enough to be flagged?
