Will it connect on your phone?
Hold the power button until it gives the option to reboot the head unit and then wait for it to reboot and try again.

Yes. I can connect it to my iphone. And I tried reboot, but it doesn't work.

What paring code setting do you have set on the head unit?

Vehicle model and year: 2021 Honda Civic Type R European Version
Dash software version:1.6.0.0
Flashpro serial #:FP-CTR-INT-372816 2017+ civic type r Outside Americas
Flashpro firmware version:V4.4.9.0
Main Verion:262
Pairing code in flashpromanager software: 0000
Pairing code on my head unit : fixed 0000
Alternate pairing mode status: ✅ checked
I tried pairing the FlashPro via Bluetooth with my MacBook Pro M2. It sometimes detects the device, connects briefly, and then disconnects. My iPhone 14 Pro doesn’t detect the FlashPro Bluetooth at all. The car’s system sees the device but cannot connect to it.
In the FlashPro Bluetooth menu, nothing is displayed (see picture below). I believe this may be an iOS firmware compatibility issue with my device.
Please help.

Why are you pairing with a macbook? It's not going to work because the BT stack is different on the mac vs windows. Note how no local address is shown.

Re: Head unit dash app does NOT connect to the flash pro
Hello,
That is my only option for the moment as a laptop ! I have windows 11 installed on it on a virtual machine ( vmx)
But what about the iPhone connection ?
Why it does the same as with the car ( Bluetooth found, cannot connect to it ) ?
Thank you !
Ps: How to generate local adress ?

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

Same issue here, Honda Head unit Jailbroken... Hondata APK installed, pairing code set to fixed, 1234. Alternative Pairing Mode 2018+ Checked in FPM, car is indeed a 2018 FK8, but... no matter what, FlashPro will not pair. It detects in both the Hondata Mobile... and in Headunit Bluetooth search, but neither one will pair. Running 4.5.1.0

Will it pair to your phone?
Re: Head unit dash app does NOT connect to the flash pro
I'm sharing my experience here because I'm having the same issue with the Dash app not connected via BT to the Flashpro Mini and crashing on the 2021 FK8 head unit. The difference for me is that I purchased the new unit from an Australian reseller in 2025, and it has never worked.
From what I can see, this issue has been running for quite some time now, and a lot of impacted folks.

I engaged Hondata support, and they asked me to send the FP mini in and include my credit card details on the form. Honestly, putting those details on a form is out of line in today’s climate of fraud and data breaches. I reached out to the Australian agent who sold me the unit, hoping they’d have some pull, but no luck there either. Hondata suggested that the workshop conduct more testing before returning it, as they would also incur costs for shipping and other expenses.
What is there to actually test?
So here we are, waiting and wondering if Hondata will actually address this issue. For me, I’m seriously considering returning the unit and going in a different direction, purely on principle. The support process feels outdated and overly skewed toward Hondata charging customers to fix bugs they introduced through software updates. That’s not something we, as users, have any control over.
Am I wrong for expecting better? Out of line for calling this out?
